organization in Fairfield, CT, that provides programs for children with
special needs. These programs are designed to promote skill building,
self confidence, self expression, but most of all having fun. Our goal
is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for each child to experience

Total Learning and Therapy Center provides comprehensive and individualized care through the collaborative efforts of our interdisciplinary team of skilled professionals. Examples of Materials That Can Be Adapted For Therapy www.mnsu.edu/comdis/kuster2/sptherapy.html America the Beautiful National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass Access Pass The Golden Access Pass, allowing those with disabilities free admission into National Parks like Yellowstone, has been replaced by America the Beautiful National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass Access Pass. This is a lifetime pass for U.S. citizens or permanent residents with permanent disabilities. Documentation is required to obtain the pass. Acceptable documentation includes: statement by a licensed physician; document issued by a Federal agency such as the Veterans Administration, Social Security Disability Income or Supplemental Security Income; or document issued by a State agency such as a vocational rehabilitation agency. The pass provides access to, and use of, Federal recreation sites that charge an Entrance or Standard Amenity. The pass admits the pass holder and passengers in a non-commercial vehicle at per vehicle fee areas and pass holder + 3 adults, not to exceed 4 adults, at per person fee areas (children under 16 are admitted free). The pass can only be obtained in person at the park. The Access Pass provides a 50 percent discount on some Expanded Amenity Fees charged for facilities and services such as camping, swimming, boat launching, and specialized interpretive services. It is a tremendous sensory experience that requires no skills to participate. In addition, our design is that this facility will be a SAFE place to bring your child with special needs. Each participant receives a color-coded wrist band that indicates which group he/she is with. Additionally, we limit the number of bouncers in each room, and there are always at least two Pros keeping track of all the bouncers. NO ONE is left unsupervised by OUR staff. All Pros will be trained as to how to work with children with limited communicative means.
